Individual experiences may vary -- I personally had pretty bad experience at iFlex from HR though my tech interview and personal interviews with PM were excellent PM actually was convincing me to join as in 6 mths he thought I could do exceptionally well but if one is happy working in formal, golden-cage like work culture then iFlex is good. No personal grudge against iFlex, I just met an individual jerk in HR which I could have met anywhere.
To be perfectly honest I might not work for either. I worked for a 'Big 5' consultantcy in the ealy 's neither Accenture or IBM and went through some very bad times. You need to determine what the culture of the IBM division is. If it is ex-PWC - avoid. If it's GCS it's ok. I would avoid Accenture completely. If that's a valid option, I wouldn't work for either. It will give us some idea about job market. Speaking of working for consultancies, can anybody shed some light on how working for a consultancy is different from working in the services industry. In terms of quality of work, processes etc. When it comes down to actual coding its only a month for a project of six months.
