No personal grudge against iFlex, I just met an individual jerk in HR which I could have met anywhere.

To be perfectly honest I might not work for either. I worked for a 'Big 5' consultantcy in the ealy 's neither Accenture or IBM and went through some very bad times. You need to determine what the culture of the IBM division is. If it is ex-PWC - avoid. If it's GCS it's ok. I would avoid Accenture completely. If that's a valid option, I wouldn't work for either.
